GMKY
(Good Morning Kundalini Yoga)

Wherever you are in the world you can plug into the magic every morning when you join us online for Good Morning Kundalini Yoga. Sessions are generally 30 minutes long and run daily in 40 day thematic cycles. Why 40 days? In the practice of Kundalini Yoga it is said that it takes 40 days to make or break a habit. Commit to the process and discover for yourself!

FEEDBACK FROM STUDENTS AROUND THE WORLD

I had been wishing for "something", I wasn't sure what but was throwing that thought out to the universe when Elspeth started posting videos of some of the techniques of Kundalini Yoga. When I started trying them I felt that this was the something that was just right for me. Now that I am doing daily sessions with Elspeth, the exercises have really helped me with my asthma, stopping smoking and noticing the positive each day, as has taking the time to focus and charge myself each morning.  Thank you Elspeth for guiding me on this journey.

GMKY gives me a “boost" for my day ahead.
A daily ritual.
A time to tune in.
A few Kriyas to warm up my spine, my body.
A meditation to connect with my self, my soul.
And the effects of this short Kundalini Yoga practice to carry through my whole day.

I've also learned tools to take into my life, beyond the practice, out of the mat.
I’ve reflected.
And I'm enjoying to feel part of a group, connecting with other participants.

Elspeth is a skilful and heart gifted qualified Kundalini Yoga instructor.
She knows how to impulse energy to the practice and to the group.

I strongly suggest anyone to try, feel and come back to it!

So blessed that I have met Elspeth and reignited my passion for Kundalini Yoga. Since starting the 40 day sequence there have been innumerable changes within this being. Having others to practise with daily, has created a connection that is invisible yet felt deeply, and is an incentive to practise.
