Thou Art Yoga's Classes
Whether the class is on a rooftop under the full or new moon, on a cliff at sunset, poolside under the stars, in a cozy studio space, an ambient ajoupa, a wooden verandah overlooking the sea ... in a group, solo or online at home--a Kundalini Yoga session with Thou Art Yoga is guaranteed to be a one-of-a-kind experience . . . yours.
Classes are typically 1.5 hours long and include:
* Tuning in
* A kriya (specific set of exercises designed to deliver intended results)
* Meditation
* Long deep relaxation (accompanied by pre-recorded relaxing music, or sometimes I play live my steel tongue drum or Native American Love Flute or sing original versions of Kundalini Yoga mantras with my guitar).

Current 'HARMONY' sessions
MONDAY EVENING 'HARMONY CIRCLE'
(1.5 hour group session)
Each session is centred around Elspeth's signature experiential offering, HARMONY—a unique fusion of elements of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, posture alignment, creativity, and other complementary practices. Within the Harmony Circle, a gathering for those seeking renewal and reconnection, each experience is designed to uplift, inspire, broaden perspectives, encourage positive transformation, and cultivate a deeper awareness of self, others, and the world around us.
Where: Kariwak Holistic Haven, Crown Point, Tobago
When: 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. (TT time)
Contribution: $100TT per person
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Otherwise, mats are provided on site.

These private sessions are designed for you. Perhaps you want to address specific needs and wants with the intention of achieving a desired outcome or simply receiving the guidance required to take you to a place of peace and resolution.
Or . . . maybe you don't know exactly 'what' you want, but you know that you want 'something more' . . . and you are ready to let go and trust, allowing me to intuitively guide you to a place of deeper, fuller and more tangible well being . . . physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically.
After you and I connect and discuss your needs and wants, I will design a 1.5 hour HARMONY Experience to specifically guide you along the pathway to your highest good.
