THOU ART YOGA's New & Full Moon Healing Rings commence at 6:00 p.m. and run for 1 hour. Simple Kundalini Yoga warm ups get the energy flowing . . . Relaxation allows us to assimilate the energy generated . . . Meditation connects us with powerful healing energy for self and others. If at least 11 people are present, we practise the Healing Ring of Tantra meditation. Otherwise, the selected meditation is aligned with the energies of the current moon. An interactive activity is often created to further connect us to the celestial theme.
